Packaging and Shipping your Return

Returns are made at your own cost.

You must ensure that returns are properly and securely packaged and labelled with our return address. You must include a copy of your invoice in your package, this is vital to ensure that we can identify that the items are yours.

You are responsible for any damage in transit that is due to incorrect or inadequate packaging by you. You are also responsible for any return items lost in transit so please remember to retain a proof of return from the courier.
