Unwanted Goods
We offer a 30 days return policy from the date of receipt for unwanted goods. These items must be returned to us in ‘as new’ condition (not used, damaged, opened etc) and be in a suitable condition for resale. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. Upon receipt of the returned goods to Edesia Espress the item(s) will be inspected to ensure suitability for resale, so you can receive a full refund.
Manufacturing defects or incorrectly described items.
If you believe the item you have received has a manufacturing defect or is incorrectly described please contact us directly within 30 day of receiving the item. We are happy to discuss refunding you the cost of your return shipping provided the returned item does indeed have a manufacturing defect or is in fact incorrectly described. If the item you purchased from us develops a manufacturing defect within the first year please refer to our 1 year warranty page - https://www.edesiaespress.com/1-year-warranty
Upon receipt of the return to Edesia Espress the item(s) will be inspected and either a replacement or refund offered. The decision of which will be at our discretion. Please note that consequential losses are not covered.
Damaged in transit items
If the item we sent you has been damaged in transit please contact us directly as soon as possible after you have received the goods. We may ask you to send us some photos of the outer packaging together with some photos of the broken contents. If this has indeed happened we will gladly refund your money.
Packaging and Shipping your Return
Please note that any returns are made at your own cost unless we agree with you in writing beforhand that we are happy to cover the cost of your return shipping.
You must ensure that returns are properly and securely packaged and labelled with our return address. Please include a copy of our invoice, this is will ensure we can identify who the item is from and also that your refund can be processed in a timely fashion.
You are responsible for any damage in transit that is due to incorrect or inadequate packaging by you. You are also responsible for any returned items lost in transit.
Refunds
All refunds will be issued back to the card/payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that card refunds can take up to 14 working days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.
